Pain relief and relaxation from the comfort of your own chair. If you do not want to lie down on a table, this massage is for you. A blend of essential oils, chosen by you, will be diffused to further enhance your relaxation. This treatment can be combined with other services for a longer session.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. Using a light touch and soothing essential oils selected for your needs, Lymphatic Drainage can be very relaxing and enjoyable.
$45 - 45-minute session
Sinus Massage
A decongesting face and scalp massage that begins with warm towels and a diffusion of eucalyptus and lemon essential oils, clearing and hydrating the nasal passages and boosting the immune system. A gentle massage of the facial and cranial muscles will further open up sinus cavities. This treatment can be combined with other services for a longer session.
$30 - 30-minute session
Foot Reflexology Massage
A warming, invigorating treatment for the feet incorporating aromatherapy and massage with reflexology techniques to relieve tension in your feet and harmonize your entire body. Your feet will be wrapped in warm towels then massaged with a sea salt scrub followed by a foot reflexology treatment with Peppermint. This treatment can be combined with other services for a longer session.

Headache Massage
Massage that eases tension in the shoulder, neck and scalp muscles to improve blood flow and give space for nerves. An oil-free scalp and face massage will open up sinus cavities and relieve tension in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). This treatment can be combined with other services for a longer session.

Hand Reflexology Massage
A gentle, warming treatment for the hands, forearms, and elbows using massage, aromatherapy, and reflexology to relieve joint pain and soothe your entire body. Warm towels and warming oils are used to help relieve arthritis pain. This treatment can be combined with other services for a longer session.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum mental, physical, and spiritual health. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying-on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. You will select one or two essential oils for aromatherapy that will further enhance your experience.
