Old scars and stretch marks are the result of the rupturing of elastin and collagen, proteins that give structure to the skin. While scars and stretch marks will never disappear completely, scar reducer makes them less noticable with the use of Comfrey, an herb that supports cell growth and collagen production. In this formulation it is combined with sunflower oil, vitamin E oil, and aloe, along with lavender and geranium essential oils to improve skin tissue integrity.
